Vent your ice shelter
Carbon monoxide poisoning can pose an actual hazard for ice anglers in shelters! Take steps to maintain you and your loved ones secure by utilizing heaters correctly (following the producer’s instructions) and ensuring there’s loads of air flow inside your ice shelter. Additionally, remember to set up a carbon monoxide detector inside your shelter if it’s not already geared up with one.
