A newlywed Nigerian man, has taken to Twitter and suggested males in opposition to lavish marriage ceremony.

The person recognized as Nnamdi, took to the micro-blogging platform and revealed that he spent solely N20,500 for his marriage ceremony in a registry in Portharcourt.

Based on him, he paid a statutory payment of N15,500 and a further payment of N5, 000 for “drink cash”.

He thereby said that marriage shouldn’t be costly, however some individuals have curiosity in doing ritualist marriage ceremony.

His phrases,

“I obtained married yesterday on the Portharcourt Marriage Registry. I paid a statutory payment of N15,500 and extra N5, 000 for what the Registral referred to as “drink cash”. Thereafter, I hosted 10 visitors (together with my wife and I) to a phenomenal reception at Farah Espresso Lounge, PH”.

In one other tweet he wrote,
