Man Shot Twice In Chest In East Harlem

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A person was critically damage in a taking pictures in East Harlem on Thursday.

Police say pictures have been fired round 5:15 p.m. at 103rd Road and First Avenue close to a White Fortress.

A 34-year-old man was shot twice within the chest and was taken to a neighborhood hospital in important situation.

Police say a number of males have been seen operating away from the scene. No arrests have been made.
