Lush Hair Took Ownership of 2022 AMVCA First Fashion Show With Unmatched Creativity

Lush Hair completely held the Fashion Runway show spellbound right from start to finish with creative display of trend mixed with style and garnished with unimaginable height of originality. And the brand’s usual respect for inclusivity and diversity was conspicuously accentuated and aptly reflected through the choice of trendy styles and models’ ethnicity, skin tone, age group, body sizes which have seemingly become a signature concept.

The major highlight of the show, throwing the crowd into a frenzy mode was when Lush Hair celebrity ambassadors; Yemi Alade- award-winning Nigerian Afropop entertainer and Denrele Edun – Nigerian heterogenous media personality and fashion/ style icon both stepped out majestically strutting the runway in beautifully paired pink outfits and super creative hairstyles.

To the amazement of the crowd, Yemi Alade’s fuchsia pink, braids-inspired outfit was purposely created using Lush Hair Wow Braids, which she carried gracefully strutting back and forth the runway alongside Denrele, while injecting some beautiful dance moves along the line. Shortly after, the Ms. Folasade Oluwafemi, Head of Partnership, Lush Hair and the head Stylist, took a walk down to thank the audience.

Yemi Alade who confirmed it was her first runway walk was completely green with utter excitement and she did the walk like a professional moving the audience to fill the room with deafening round of applause to her glory.” Finally, Lush Hair gave us the occasion to slay” she stated.

While demonstrating that deep sense of inclusivity on the show, Lush Hair’s little brand ambassador June- Wisse went all the distance to prove that children aren’t left out of the fashion trend. The audience went wild when she did the splits while taking an exclusive strut down the ramp rocking “Fiona Kids” specially designed with colorful beads for children.

All the models came out in their numbers breaking the barriers of age bracket, body size, Skin tone, gender, and race all adorning never been seen type of styles. They all looked all confident, radiant, and beautiful.
