Actress Benedicta Gafah has shared how the saying ‘look at your mates’ has shattered a lot of dreams as she advised that one should be kind to him/herself.

Benedicta Gafah decided to bless our screens with her beauty as well as advice that you should be kind to yourself and not let the phrase ‘look at your mates’ shatter your dreams because you are doing better than you did a year ago.

According to her, the saying ‘look at your mates’ has shattered a lot of dreams and souls but you have to remember to be kind to yourself as an individual because you’re doing better than you did a year ago and that is enough.
