Lee Jung-jae will be working for Marvel Studios? Twitter rumors are described

Lee Jung-jae, a seasoned actor from South Korea, is said to be in talks with Marvel Studios about a potential project. The “news” was first posted on Twitter by the Marvel Crave account, which consistently covers the company’s news across all media.

On July 19, it was announced, citing Daniel Richtman, that the Squid Game actor was in discussions with Marvel Studios. Industry insider Richtman is renowned for releasing intriguing information regarding everything involving Marvel.

Since then, Twitter has made assumptions about the veracity of the rumors. The character that the 49-year-old actor would play has also been speculated upon.

The Marvel universe and Korean entertainment have collided before, and perhaps they won’t be the last. New franchise additions are inevitable considering how frequently the business changes and grows its many franchises.

Lee Jung-jae, a seasoned actor from South Korea who is 49 years old and has been winning Best Actor accolades for Squid Game, may be the newest addition to the Marvel universe. Naturally, neither party has officially confirmed nor denied this specific story, but social media is buzzing with talk about this hypothetical endeavor.

One of the main topics of conversation is the character that Lee Jung-jae would play. Many believe it to be Mr. Negative, the supervillain Martin Li.

The Squid Game star is rumored to be playing a supervillain with a personality issue, according to Twitter users. The antagonist, first seen in the 2007 Amazing Spider-Man #1 comic, alternates between being a Crime Lord/Mr. Negative and the friendly, generous Martin Li.

Some fans claim that Spider-Man: No Way Home, the most recent film, hinted at Mr. Negative possibly joining the MCU. In one of the scenes, Aunt May is seen assisting in the F.E.A.S.T. (Food, Emergency, and Shelter Training) soup kitchen when Norman Osborn arrives there seeking assistance.

According to comic book lore, Martin Li is the owner of FEAST. Marvel fans now have sufficient proof of Mr. Negative’s live-action debut.

In April of this year, Stephen Oyoung, who plays Mr. Negative in the Spider-Man PlayStation games, started a campaign to push Marvel to offer him a live-action part as well. There isn’t any official statement on it, though.

Marvel has a history of using Korean actors in its casting. After weeks of rumors and conjecture, Park Seo-participation joon’s in Captain Marvel 2 has now been confirmed. Ma Dong-seok portrayed Gilgamesh in The Eternals, and Claudia Kim portrayed Dr. Helen Cho in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

This rumor is undoubtedly a public relations stunt and may just be one of many that are true. It is also unknown whether Mr. Negative, if true, is introduced in a new series or extremely uncertain future Spider-Man movies.

Whether or not it’s true, it’s intriguing to see the MCU welcoming representation. The public may not learn for sure for some time whether Lee Jung-jae will work on a Marvel project.
