Big Brother Naija star, Leo Dasilva has taken to the micro blogging platform to mock people who say “Lagos has a master plan”.

Lagos is the most populous city in Nigeria and the second largest city in Africa. With a total population of 14,862,000 as of 2021 within the city proper, the Lagos metropolitan area has a total population of 21.3 million, making it the second-largest metropolitan area in Africa after Cairo.

Leo Dasilva took a swipe at the leaders of Lagos as it has remained stagnant for years without any development and what they are most concerned about is the collection of toll.

He wrote: “Lagos has a master plan” but na still one road dey go from VI to Ajah for more than 2 decades because they wan collect toll

Lagos should be way better than this by now, if we are being honest. The greed is just too much.
