Kenyan police have arrested a 73-year-old man for beating his son to demise at their house in Cherangany’s Chepsiro location, Trans-Nzoia on Sunday night.

 

James Tarus is claimed to have strangled his 31-year-old son to demise for disrupting his night sleep.

The incident occurred shortly after the person’s son who returned house 4 years after he was declared lacking, went to his bed room the place he was sleeping and started jolting and shaking the mattress.

 

The Directorate of Legal Investigations (DCI) mentioned on the time of the incident, the deceased was drunk.

 

Neighbours who have been alarmed by the commotion from the suspect’s home couldn’t save the younger man’s life as he was already lifeless earlier than they arrived.

 

The DCI mentioned in an announcement;

 

“The sufferer who has been away from house for 4 years discovered his aged father having fun with an early night energy nap in his bed room.

“At his father’s room, he jolted him to wake as he lifted the mattress. Angered by his son’s actions, the outdated man whacked his head utilizing a close-by wooded bar earlier than tying his rope round his neck and restraining him to a settee.
