JUST IN – Former Rivers State Military Governor Dies

Brig. Gen. Anthony Ukpo, a former Navy Governor of Rivers State, is lifeless. Ukpo died on the age of 74 in a Hospital in Calabar on Monday morning after a quick sickness.
