The 26-year-old BTS famous person shared a message to followers through Weverse following the information of his COVID-19 and appendicitis diagnoses.

Jimin underwent surgical procedure on Monday (January 31), and his company issued a press release confirming he had a profitable appendicitis surgical procedure.

On Wednesday (February 2), Jimin himself issued a press release on social media.

“Everybody, you need to have frightened quite a bit proper? I’m recovering properly!” he wrote. (English translation through Allkpop.)

“I’m sorry to have frightened you. However, I feel I could be discharged quickly! I’m recovering properly too and I’m consuming all three meals a day. Please watch for just a bit, I’ll return shortly after restoration!”
