Darrell Ward starred on the History Channel’s “Ice Road Truckers,” a reality TV series about big rig drivers traversing dangerous routes across frozen lakes in Canada and Alaska.

TMZ reports “Ice Road Truckers” star Darrell Ward died in a plane crash Sunday. The 52-year-old reality TV star had left a truck show in Dallas and was flying back to Missoula, Montana, to film a pilot for a new documentary about the recovery of plane wrecks. Ward and a co-pilot were on board when their Cessna single engine plane crashed on approach near the Rock Creek exit of Interstate 90. “While many of you will share in this loss, we ask that you respect the family’s privacy during their time of grief,” his family said in a statement. The National Transportation Safety Boards is investigating the crash.

The “Batman v Superman” actor tweeted a video of the DC villain, who will reportedly be the main enemy in the Batfleck’s upcoming solo Batman film. Deathstroke, a mercenary with enhanced speed, strength and healing (like Deadpool), appeared in “Lois & Clark” and “Arrow,” but may make his live-action big screen debut with another baddie (Steppenwolf) in “Justice League” Nov. 17, 2017, opposite Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash and Cyborg.

Photos show her looking fresh-faced as one of 30 potential jurors in Nashville for a criminal case involving charges of aggravated rape, aggravated kidnapping and domestic assault. Billboard reports Swift appeared to be having fun, but that she may mostly be smiling because she avoided running into Kanye West and Kim Kardashian at the awards show.
