Ghanaian gospel musician, Obaapa Christy has shared her previous and a few life experiences rising up as a baby.

The sensational artist in an interview with Adom TV’s Afia Amankwah Tamakloe on Mahyease, disclosed that she got here from a poor background however was raised by her mother and father into a better standing as a consequence of exhausting work.

My mom gave delivery to us in a single room. We lived in my uncle’s home, it was a household home in Kumasi. There have been loads of occupants in the home.

“We took turns in scrubbing the bathhouse and sweeping the compound. All 9 of us had been within the single room, we divided the room with a curtain… all of us urinated in a chamber pot at night time. It was exhausting figuring out who amongst my siblings wept the mattress at night time,” she laughed.

Opaaba Christy additional recounted how she moved to reside together with her aunt the place she helped her hawk pure water and ice kenkey.
