This development has compelled Roman Abramovic to sell his club for 4billion pounds and the bidding is still ongoing as some other foreign nationals have shown interest.

A Twitter user identified @Honour221 asserted that embattled Nigerian socialite and alleged fraudster, Hushpuppi would have bought Chelsea if were not in police custody in the United States currently over a criminal offense.
