How Did [SPOILER] Die in the Season Finale of ‘Yellowjackets’? It’s Been a Long Time Coming

In the long run, Jackie leaves the cabin, sleeping outdoors for the evening. After a lame try at constructing a campfire, she snuggles as much as her blanket and newfound grudge, falling asleep. Who would’ve thought that very evening would wind up being the primary snow of the season? Jackie (clearly a heavy sleeper) dies in her sleep, freezing to dying simply outdoors the nice and cozy cabin.

The subsequent morning is equally brutal and heart-wrenching, as Shauna rushes outdoors, wailing and screaming over Jackie’s frozen corpse.
