How a lady borrowed money to take care of abroad-based man who returned for Xmas only for him to travel back and change phone number

A Nigerian Twitter user has shared the story of how a lady landed in debt and got herself heartbroken at the same time in a bid to help an abroad-based man who returned home for Christmas.

According to the tweep with handle @nosafk, the guy returned in December and informed the lady that his goods and luggage got missing while in transit to Nigeria.

He claimed to have filed a complaint for refund, and this calmed the lady’s nerves as she decided to take it upon herself to handle his bills till he sorts things out.

Sadly, he used her to enjoy himself throughout his stay in Nigeria, and when he traveled back abroad, he changed his number.

She had reportedly part of the borrowed money she used to take care of the guy, leaving her in debt.
