“Honoured” – Dwayne Johnson announces partnership with the UFC

The UFC not too long ago introduced they’re teaming up with Dwayne Johnson’s Mission Rock for the official world footwear associate

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is making huge strikes, and so is the UFC. Forward of UFC 270, the Hollywood celebrity has teamed up with the UFC to launch an enormous collaboration – ‘Mission Rock,’ the official world footwear associate of the UFC.

‘The Rock,’ identified for his electrifying presence has had his justifiable share of affiliation with the promotion. In late 2019, he was invited to unveil the BMF title at UFC 244.

Following UFC’s partnership with Mission Rock, Johnson took to Twitter to share the information. A honoured and proud, Johnson tweeted:

“HISTORIC. I’m honored & proud, my @ProjectRock is the OFFICIAL GLOBAL FOOTWEAR PARTNER of the @UFC. Beginning this weekend at #UFC270 NGANNOU vs GANE, all athletes & groups will rep @ProjectRock footwear. Engineered for the HARDEST WORKERS IN THE ROOM who WALK THE WALK.”

It’s value noting that the partnership will come into impact beginning with UFC 270: Francis Ngannou vs Ciryl Gane, following which all athletes and coaches will sport Mission Rock footwear.

In accordance with UFC.com, the fighters are set to be supplied with Mission Rock BSR coaching sneakers and Mission Rock slides. Later in summer time, Mission Rock x UFC BSR 2 coaching sneakers are set to be launched.

Practically 6 years since Mission Rock was launched

In late 2015, Dwayne Johnson made the announcement concerning the launch of Mission Rock. In partnership with famed sports activities model Below Armour, the collaboration got here into existence in early 2016.
