Help Stop E-levy – MoMo Agents To Labour Unions

The Cell Cash Brokers Affiliation of Ghana (MMAAG) has urged labor unions to oppose the federal government’s try to enact the E-levy.

In keeping with them, the E-levy is a risk to the Cell Cash business’s future, and so should be opposed.

“The way forward for the business is at stake if the levy stays on this kind. We want to state that the projected discount in MoMo transactions could be very worrying to us as Brokers Community.

“We name on all individuals who leverage on Digital funds methods to rally collectively to substantiate the necessity for Authorities to rethink the imposition of this tax.

“We name on all worker groupings and unions whose work shall be affected by the levy to rise to the event by drawing Authorities’s consideration to the ills the 1.75% levy turns to introduce on SMEs.
