Gunmen Open Fire Killed Three Traditional Rulers At A Meeting in Imo

Not less than three conventional rulers have been killed throughout an assault by unknown gunmen at Nnenasa neighborhood, Headquarters of Njaba Native Authorities Space of Imo State.

The conventional rulers from the world numbering over 20 have been having a stakeholders’ assembly on the native authorities headquarters locally when gunmen invaded the venue and opened fireplace on them.

It was gathered that different conventional rulers sustained various levels of accidents.

Spokesperson of the State Police Command, Mike Abattam, stated two of the conventional rulers had been confirmed lifeless whereas the command had commenced investigation into the incident.

Among the many monarchs confirmed lifeless have been the Obi 1 of Okwudor autonomous neighborhood, Eze E. Anayochukwu Durueburuo and Eze Sampson Osunwa of Ihebineowerre autonomous neighborhood.
