‘Grace Found Them’ – How Sacked Chicken Republic Security Guards Became Famous

The popular saying ‘when one door closes, another door opens’ has been a perfect reflection in the lives of the security guards who were sacked for dancing while on duty.

Over the few days, the security guards have gone rife on the internet for entertaining customers of Chicken Republic. Additionally, social media users couldn’t get enough of the soothing video as the two security guards showed off their dancing steps.

When the video had gone viral, many thought they had received their salary on that fateful day and couldn’t contain their joy hence exhibiting some dancing steps. In the video sighted by , the duo initially performed choreographed dancing movements to the song Finesse which featured Pheelz and Buju in front of clients who were eating their meals in the video footage.

After the video had permeated the airways of the internet, the manager of Chicken Republic chanced upon it and wasn’t pleased with it. He ordered for their immediate sack. In a video, they complained that their salaries for the previous month weren’t given to them yet they continued to do the work.

According to them, they prioritize happiness so much and don’t allow any other thing to get to them. See what they said in the video;

Well, it didn’t end there, they went further to show off some more dancing steps at the entrance of their former workplace which saw the presence of two new security guards at the post.

Who thought their disappointment was preparing them for a better life. Indeed, a new door has opened for them as they have bagged a fresh appointment from Ossai Ovie Success, Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State.

They have become the latest internet sensation and continue to garner more followers on their joint Instagram account, happie_boys1. Many reactions have been shared by social media users and PressInformant culled some of them below;

We all need to understand the differences between gatekeeper and security guard, this guys are gatekeeper so I don’t see anything wrong from what they did😏
