Ghanaian Striker, Majeed Waris Putting Up Giant Mosque In Tamale

Ghanaian striker, Abdul Majeed Waris is reportedly building a giant mosque in Tamale.

The Tamale indigene sees this as a way of contributing to society and this was made known in a recent post by renowned Ghanaian sports journalist, Saddick Adams.

Sharing a photo of the mosque, he wrote;

“Ghana and Strasbourg striker Majeed Waris building thus huge mosque for Muslims in his native Tamale.
May Allah bless it.”

Aside from the journalist bring this to the notice of the public, the player also made a post about it on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.

Sharing a photo, he wrote;

“Happy to finally see this beautiful project taking shape.”

This comes after it was reported last year that he was constructing a road at Lamashegu, a suburb of Tamale.

Kudos to him as he is doing something to make his community and Ghana better.
