Ghanaians have been urged to support the E-Levy by President Akuffo Addo. In response to the video, Bridget Otoo stated,

“Francis couldn’t show his face,”… “What e-dey fear if what he’s saying is true. It just tells you how unpopular the policy is that an actor paid to feature in this, failed to reveal his identity.

According to Bridget Otoo, the fact that an actor paid to appear in the film failed to divulge his face demonstrates how contentious the policy is.

The following is a quote from Bridget Otoo’s tweet:

In case you haven’t watched the advert shared by the President in promotion of the e-levy, the video is displayed below. Nana Akufo-Addo captioned the video;

Let’s support Government’s revenue mobilisation drive; let’s support the e-levy. #ELevyForDevelopment

The video has evoked mixed several reactions from tweeps who are still standing firm to oppose the bill.
