Davido Receives Plaque For Selling Out Concert At O2 Arena (Video)

Mega award-winning Nigerian act, David Adeleke, universally known in the music scene as Davido has been presented his plaque for selling out his concert at the O2 Arena in London.

On 5th March, 2022, the singer headlined his concert at the O2 Arena which has about 20,000 capacity located in London, United Kingdom. The show which was announced about a month a go automatically became a success as the singer managed to pull the crowd to his show.

Davido has now become one of the few musicians from the African continent to headline his own show at the O2 Arena and selling out the concert successfully.

Concerned fans and social media users shared a photo which has some parts of the O2 Arena empty. This according to many indicated that the singer was unsuccessful in selling out his show at the O2 Arena unlike his colleagues, Burna Boy and Wizkid.

In reaction to these ghost assertions made by some folks on social media, Davido stated clearly that his event sold out the O2 Arena and the whole place was filled, hence such claims do not hold any substance.

Well, Davido has received his plaque for selling out in London’s O2 Arena successfully amid these unproved claims made on social media by his critics.
