CCTV Footage Captures A Russian Missile Striking Gov’t Administration Building In Ukraine’s Second-Largest City, Kharkiv [VIDEO]

Russian President, Vladimir Putin has not rescinded his decision to attack Ukraine as he has launched several attacks against their capital rendering many homeless and several dead.

According to Ghbase.com, local authorities says at least 10 people were killed and 35 more were injured in the bombing of the building which houses an opera house, concert hall, and government offices.
