Nigerian musician, Temmie Ovwasa has shared her thoughts about what it means to be a Nigerian.

The talented musician made this known in a recent post she made on her personal social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.

According to her, being Nigerian means that once you get outside you have to be ready for violence from anywhere.

To buttress her point, she recounted an incident from her university days where a lecturer once poured water on students in a queue just because she felt like.

The post she made reads;

“Being Nigerian means that once you get outside you have to be ready for violence from anywhere, Bus – violence Home- violence Streets- violence A lecturer once poured water on students in a queue when I was in Uni just because she felt like.”

This comes after she labelled all Nigerians in relationships are pretenders.

Before making the conclusion, she asked if there is a blueprint for a mentally healthy/stable Nigerian/Nigerian relationship.

According to her, she would like to meet Nigerians that are aware of their trauma, the root cause, aware enough to admit that they are mad.

The post she made reads;

“Is there a blueprint for a mentally healthy/stable Nigerian/Nigerian relationship? I’d like to meet Nigerians that are aware of their trauma, the root cause, aware enough to admit that we’re mad… Lmao, Y’all are such pretenders and it’s not cute, Something is broken inside Us!”
