Dario Franchitti is a Scottish former racing driver and current motorsport commentator. He is a four-time IndyCar Series champion, a three-time winner of the Indianapolis 500 as well as a winner of the 24 hours of Dayton (2008).
For the 2009 Rolex 24 at Dayton, he once again drove for Chip Ganassi Racing in a Lexus in a Lexus-Riley. He finished 5th overall with Scott Dixon and Alex Lloyd.
