Of Pittsburgh PA, died peacefully surrounded by household on Thursday, January 27, 2022 on the age of 87. Beloved husband of Miriam (Horrell) “Mimi” Giroux. Father of Mark (Bev Smith), Lynn (Michael Novara), Michael (Christine), Gail Fireman (Paul) and Bruce (Sunitha Somanth). Loving grandfather of Henry, Alexander, Stefan, Emory, Anna, Leah, Milan and Rowan. Born April 10, 1934 in St. Albans, VT to Andrew B. Giroux and Marie Blanche (Ouimet) Giroux, Andy attended Carnegie Tech, incomes a BS in Electrical Engineering. Andy and Mimi resided in Squirrel Hill the place they have been energetic at St. Philomena’s Parish. An inquisitive individual, lifelong learner, avid reader and chess participant, Andy additionally beloved music and sang within the St. Bede and JCC choirs.
