Oyo State Government Threatens SUBEB Contractors With EFCC

The Oyo State Authorities has mentioned it is able to revoke contracts on renovation and development initiatives underneath its 2012-2018 State Common Primary Training Board and Common Primary Training Fee Intervention Undertaking from defaulting contractors.

The Government Chairman, Oyo State Common Primary Training Board (SUBEB ), Dr. Nureni Adeniran, mentioned these in an announcement on Thursday.

Talking at a gathering with the 22 contractors in Ibadan, the chairman mentioned the contracts could be terminated following breach of contract phrases.

He mentioned, “The choice might be taken in step with the directives from the Common Primary Training Fee, Abuja.”

 

Adeniran expressed displeasure that most of the contracts, together with these awarded by the earlier administration within the state to to SUBEB contractors, had been dragging since 12 months 2018.
