Police in Canada have begun arresting protesters blocking the Ambassador Bridge, which connects Canada to Detroit. 

“Enforcement actions proceed on the demonstration space with arrests being made. Autos being towed. Please proceed avoiding the world,” the Windsor Police tweeted early Sunday morning. 

“A 27 yr previous male was arrested at Huron Church Rd at Millen St. for a prison offence in relation to the demonstration. Officers will intervene when obligatory to make sure the protection of the general public & keep peace & order,” the Windsor Police tweeted late Saturday

The arrests come after a Canadian decide ordered the protesters to vacate the world on Friday. Windsor Police stated Sunday morning they’re taking a “zero tolerance” coverage towards “criminality.”
