102-year-old Nigerian woman declares intention to run for president

A 102-year-old Nigerian girl, Nonye Josephine Ezeanyaeche, has declared her intention to run for president in 2023.

Ezeanyaeche introduced her intention throughout a courtesy go to to the administration workforce of the Nigerian Tv Authority, NTA. Through the go to, she expressed readiness to contest within the Presidential election in 2023.

The centenarian who’s fondly known as ‘residing legend’ or “Mama Africa’, hails from Aguata, Anambra state and is the founding father of the ‘Voice for Senior Residents of Nigeria’ group.

Caro Nwosu, president of the group, quoted Ezeanyaeche, was quoted by Sahara Reporters as saying

“If Nigerians are shying away from political participation, she says she is able to contest. She has already ready a manifesto for herself. She has the imaginative and prescient. If the nice ones don’t come out to contest…”

Ezeanyaeche acknowledged Nwosu’s assertion as she stated in Igbo, “In case you have a male or feminine little one, attempt to practice them to surpass your individual achievements.”
