Why did Emma Watkins and Lachlan separate?

According to a statement Emma released in 2018, She and her then-husband naturally drifted apart after she underwent surgery for acute endometriosis. “We started to spend more time with our families, and that started to become quite a priority for us”.

Emma revealed she decided to break up with Purple Wiggle Lachy after two years of marriage. She stated that they had fallen out of love and realised that they were no longer the right fit for each other.

Despite their split, Lachlan insisted that the couple’s bond is stronger than ever. Lachy and Emma, aka ‘Yellow Wiggle,’ stunned their fans in 2018 when they announced the end of their two-year marriage.

 

Both Emma and Lachy joined The Wiggles in 2013, and they started dating a few weeks later. They kept their relationship a secret for the next two years while performing all over the world.

The couple announced their relationship in March 2015 and were engaged two months later.
