His submission comes after hundreds of passengers on training moving from Abuja to Kaduna were attacked by gunmen after they felt a bump and the train came to a halt.

The terrorists who boarded the train riddled it with bullets. Per reports, not less than 8 people were killed and 26 injured during the attack, the number of abductions unaccounted for.

In a series of tweets from Senator Sani, he decried how Government officials tend to put their calculators to work just when calamities befell the country. They announce billions and trillions of Niara or Dollars that will be required to fix the horrible situation.

He added that the failure of the government and the security agencies to wipe out terrorism and safeguard the safety of the citizens should give them the go-ahead to formally carry weapons for their protection.

As he puts it,

If the Government and security agencies can’t crush this terrorists and Bandits kidnapping and killing our people in Northern and Southern Kaduna, people should be officially allowed to carry same weapons and let’s see who owns the land.
