A pregnant lady in labor died after reportedly falling off a supply mattress on the Basic Hospital in Delta state’s Ogwashi-Uku city.

The deceased, Ann Nwabunor, was reportedly taken to the hospital late at night time to present delivery to her first youngster, however the nurses on obligation apparently fell asleep after the woman’s caretaker went house to seize some supply issues.
