‘You Deserve Everything’ – Davido Lauds Peruzzi As His Album ‘‎Rum & Boogie’ Trends No.1 In Nigeria

Internationally celebrated Nigerian singer and music executive, David Adeleke professionally known in the entertainment scene as Davido has taken to social media to hail his protégé and label signee, Peruzzi as his new album ‘Rum & Boogie’ trends no.1 on streaming platforms in Nigerian.

Peruzzi born Tobechukwu Victor Okoh released his second studio album ‘Rum and Boogie’ on Friday, April 9 2021 and he recruited top and award-winning singers including legendary music producer, Don Jazzy, Fireboy, Phyno, Tiwa Savage, Wande Coal, his label boss, Davido and many others.

After his song topped the charts across streaming platform, Peruzzi who was dragged a few days ago by his former manager, King Patrick calling him an ingrate over his interview on national TV took to his Twitter page and expressed excitement over his newly achieved milestone.

“NUMBER 1 SONG IN THE COUNTRY! NUMBER 1 ALBUM IN THE COUNTRY!! GOD IM TOO HAPPY.”

Reacting to this, Davido retweeted at Peruzzi showering praises on his as claimed that the singer truly deserved the milestone he has achieved.

He wrote;

“U deserve everything.”

As reported earlier, Peruzzi in a video privy to Koko TV eulogized Davido and he said;

“I lived with David for two years, and I can tell you he doesn’t sleep. Me meeting Davido, thinking ‘okay, this guy has already achieved now, he’s supposed to play and supposed to chill,’ and then he is in the studio till 7:00 AM, 6:00 AM.

I’m like no, I just knew that okay guy, the higher you go, the more you have to give, you get me. And that’s what drives me, till today”, he said.
