In 2020, Fletcher was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Depeche Mode.

Born Andrew John Leonard Fletcher on July 8, 1961, Fletch moved from Nottingham to Basildon, forming the band Composition Of Seem along with guitarist Martin Gore and former Depeche Method band prospects Vince Clarke and recruited singer Dave Gahan upfront of shifting their title to Depeche Method in 1980.
