Tory Lanez, a singer and rapper, was found guilty of assaulting Megan Thee Stallion on December 23 2022.

The charges stem from an argument that occurred on July 12, 2020, after the rappers left a pool party at Kylie Jenner’s Los Angeles home.

Lanez, was charged with three felonies: assault with a semi-automatic firearm, possession of an unregistered concealed firearm, and negligent discharge of a firearm.

After an argument in a vehicle leaving the party spilled out onto the street around 4 a.m., Tory Lanez was accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion, in both feet.

The jury of seven women and five men deliberated since Thursday, December 22 2022, before convicting Tory Lanez of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, possession of a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle, and gross negligence in the discharge of a firearm.

Is Tory Lanez Going to jail?

Tory Lanez, is facing up to 22 years in prison for the felony charges and he could also face deportation when he is sentenced on January 25 2023. His legal team will have a chance to appeal the decision.
