Saudi Introduces Stringent Conditions for Hajj

Intending pilgrims for the 2021 hajj could be compelled to pay explicit customs duties and taxes launched by Saudi Arabia authorities.

Equally, the Saudi authorities has mandated any pilgrim coming into the dominion or departing after hajj to declare jewelleries or currencies value higher than SR60,000 (N6 million) or equal in overseas foreign money echange along with prohibited devices to relevant authorities.

This new non-pharmaceutical protection by the Saudi authorities is part of explicit circumstances deployed for 2021 hajj.
