Shatta Wale is throwing in feeble explanations to justify a trending video where he was captured kissing one of his most loyal bodyguards identified as Shatta Kumoji after he gifted him an expensive necklace.

In a new development, Ghana’s most controversial artist said what he did has been enshrined in the Holy Bible hence there’s nothing wrong with his action no matter how hard his detractors twist the narrative.

Meanwhile, clean-shaven Ghanaian artist, King Promise has said he does not immerse his demeanour into controversies because that is not his style.

In a recent interview with Graphic Showbiz, the musician revealed that he believed in letting his music speak for him instead of riding on controversies.

“Riding on controversies to get the numbers is not my style. I’d rather focus my energy on doing good music for the fans to enjoy. First of all, I am known as a musician and I want to be remembered for good music. I don’t see the need to reply or respond to issues that do not relate to my music career,” he stated.

The singer further said people got to know him through music and that is what he hinges his personality on and not any other thing that could distract.

“Some musicians are okay putting their personal stuff out there, be controversial and still be successful musicians but not me. I just don’t want to be distracted from my aim of becoming that wonderful musician,” he said.

“With the right management, making it to the top is quite easier and I must say my management team has been very helpful. The year 2022 is going to be a fantastic one for me because I have a lot to offer Ghanaians,” he said.
