Pregnant Woman ‘beheaded by boyfriend’ while eight months pregnant

Deundrea S Holloway, an Illinois man, has been charged with the murder of a 22-year-old pregnant lady who was found beheaded in a dumpster outside her apartment, in a crime described as “beyond disgusting” by local authorities.

Deundrea S Holloway was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one for the mother Liese Dodd and one for her unborn child, as well as intentional homicide of an unborn child and dismemberment of a human body, according to Alton Police Chief Marcos Pulido in a video statement posted on the force’s Facebook page.

Liese Dodd, who was just weeks away from a baby shower she’d planned with her family and only a little more than a month away from her due date, was discovered dead on June 9 by her mother, who had gone to check on her after not hearing from her for some time.

Officers eventually confirmed that it was a homicide after responding to a call at the Alton flat at about 12.59pm that day. Officers allegedly discovered the mother-to-be’s head inside a garbage can outside her home.
