The Nigeria Police Pressure (NPF) has paraded eight suspects allegedly linked to the kidnap and homicide of Defwan Dariye, father of Joshua Dariye, former governor of Plateau state.

Fran Mba, police spokesman, acknowledged this on Wednesday throughout a media briefing in Abuja.

Defwan was kidnapped in June 2020, after gunmen attacked his home at Bokkos LGA of the Plateau state.

Mba stated Defwan was killed after the sum of N10 million was paid as ransom.
