Operatives of the Ogun State police command have arrested two foreigners suspected to be ritualists for illegal possession of contemporary human head.
The foreigners, a 32 years outdated Beninoise, Monday Karezu, and his 44 years outdated Togolese confederate, Anagonou Kamalan, had been arrested whereas making an attempt to ship the contemporary human head on the shrine of a herbalist, who had earlier demanded for such to allow him help them in a cash making ritual.
