Police, DSS, hunters rescue 14 captives in Abuja, arrest kidnappers
The Police Command of the Federal Capital Territory, the Division of State Firms (DSS) and hunters have rescued fourteen captives in Abuja.
The victims who’ve been kidnapped on the Gauraka area of Niger State, have been freed all through a joint operation on the Byhazin-Bwari axis in Abuja.
In an announcement, Mariam Yusuf, Police Public Relations Officer, acknowledged the mission led by the Command’s Anti-Kidnapping Squad combed the forest.
After a fierce gun duel, two of the abductors have been arrested whereas others escaped with bullet wounds.
