Osimhen begins full training with Napoli
Victor Osimhen has resumed full training with Napoli after spending time on the sidelines as a result of injury.
Osimhen has been sidelined since picking up an injury in Napoli’s UEFA Champions League home clash against Liverpool on September 9.
The 23-year-old has missed Napoli’s last five games across all competitions.
“Osimhen did some of the team work and some personalized on the pitch,” a statement on the club’s website read.
The Nigeria international is in line to feature in Napoli’s home game against Cremonese on Sunday.
Cremonese have Nigerian stars, David Okereke and Cyriel Dessers in their team.
Napoli are top of the table with 20 points, while Cremonese are 17 points adrift and second from bottom.
