Orji Uzor Kalu Believes There Is Sabotage To Buhari’s Presidency

Senate Majority Leader and senator representing Abia North, Orji Uzor Kalu believes there is an attempt at sabotaging the Presidency of Buhari.

He made this known on Channels TV during an interview. He appealed to the Federal Government to work swiftly and collaboratively with the governors in order to curb the insecurity issues the country is facing.

Orji Uzor Kalu said;

“Anywhere you have no police to police the society, it means the society is failed because the major job of a government is to protect lives and properties of the citizens. Once that kind of aspect fails, we are in trouble.

“I believe there is sabotage to the Presidency of Muhammadu Buhari. A lot of sabotage, things are on duty to sabotage him, the society.

“The Federal Government should cooperate with the state governments. We have done well as a party in many areas but security is key and we need to address this issue, come together.”

The senator called on President Buhari to organize a security conference with the service chiefs, governors, selected ex-governors and former military personnel.

The former Governor of Abia State was last in the news after he talked about protesters having misplaced priorities as the right protest to be done should be against the federal government for withholding the salary of civil servants, teachers and pensioners for months.

Dr. Kalu engaged the people of Arochukwu recently as he embarked on a project tour to inspect the area. According to him, protesters should concentrate their energy and effort in challenging the state government to improve the standard of the roads and pay salaries on time.
