Oby Ezekwesili Asks For Further Investigation From Police, Accuses Omojuwa Japheth Of ”Forgery, Fraudulent Misrepresentation and Fraudulent Use Of Her Name”

The issue between the social commentator Japheth Omojuwa and Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili has escalated as the former Presidential candidate petitions the Nigerian Police to investigate the ‘forgery, fraudulent misrepresentation and fraudulent use” of her ”name, identity and particulars”.

Recall that Omojuwa counteracted to the statement to the call out from Oby Ezekwesili who demanded public apology and open explanation from him for enlisting her as one of the directors of his Company, Alpha Reach.

Responding with a letter written by his counsel, Babalakin and Co on Wednesday April 14, Omojuwa claimed that he consented for her approval as a director in his company.

Additionally, the social commentator recounted how their friendship began and they became very good friends for many years. However, responding to the request of the former presidential candidate on the disclosure of the documents of the aformentioned company, Omojuwa said he will only fulfill her request once she has signed an undertaking that everything will be treated confidential.

However, in recent developments, the former Presidential Candidates through her lawyers, Falana and Falana chambers have petitioned the police to take matters to the next level where she described Omojuwa actions as a “crime”.
