In an inspiring success for the safety forces, over 50 bandits have been neutralized throughout a mixed floor and air assault within the Saulawa-Farin Ruwa axis of Birnin Gwari LGA.

In keeping with operational suggestions to the Kaduna State Authorities from the Command of the Joint Operations, a Nigerian Air Power helicopter gunship supplied shut air help to floor troops advancing from the Dogon Dawa-Damari-Saulawa axis.

Following intensive scans, bandits had been noticed on 5 bikes, about 4km east of Saulawa, ready to ambush the bottom forces. They had been engaged vigorously by the helicopter gunship, and had been worn out.

A second helicopter gunship joined the operations, and lots of extra fleeing bandits had been neutralized by exact strikes. Evaluation revealed that greater than 50 bandits had been neutralized in the course of the joint operation.

Governor Nasir El-Rufai expressed his satisfaction on the operational suggestions, and congratulated the bottom troops and gunship crews on the rout. He urged them to maintain the momentum and produce much more bandits to their bitter finish.
