Former Senator Representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani has berated the Kaduna State government for failing to condole the immediate family of Labor Party Women Leader, Mrs Victoria Chintex who was assassinated in her home in Southern Kaduna on Tuesday.
The ex-lawmaker bared his mind while reacting to the murder of the LP official on his verified Facebook page on Thursday.
“He posted, “Mrs Victoria Chintex, a Labour Party Woman leader was assassinated in her home in Southern Kaduna on Tuesday.
“No official statement of condolences from the government at all levels.
“There are people who will die and the government will call it ‘A great loss to the country’.
“In life and in death, some are more Nigerian than others. How do you convince people to be patriotic or to die for their country”.
The assassination of the LP Woman Leader has continued to generate wider condemnations from across the country, with many alleging that it was politically motivated while others insist the government must investigate the murder case and bring perpetrators to justice.
