Kidnappers detain man delivering N50k ransom to rescue his abducted 5-year-old son because the money was small

Operatives of the Katsina State Police Command have arrested a suspected kidnapper and bandits informant who conspired with others and kidnapped a 5-year-old boy in Malumfashi native Governemnt Space of the state.

Parading the suspect on Wednesday, September 1, spokesperson of the command, SP Gambo Isah in a press release stated Abubakar Abdullahi and his cohorts held the sufferer’s father captive when he got here to ship N50,000 ransom over claims that the cash was meagre.

“When the complainant went to pay ransom of fifty thousand naira (N50,000) he was additionally held captive because the ransom was too meagre as alleged by the bandits. The Complainant said that he spent 9 (9) days in captivity earlier than he later escaped alongside along with his little son.
