JUST IN: Veteran actor Sadiq Daba is dead. The actor who won Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actor for his role as “Inspector Waziri” in October 1, 2015 died after battling with leukemia and prostrate cancer.

According to reports, he died at his Marwa Garden residence in Alausa, Lagos State. He was helped financially by Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola and many Nigerians after he sought for financial help for his treatment in 2019.

He lost the long battle to his illness. May his soul rest in peace.
