Jet crashes into Lagos airport fence after brake failure

A jet on Friday, saw a fence at the overall Aviation Terminal of the Lagos Airport as a results of breakdown .

According to sources, a King Air Jet was reparking when the pilot rammed into the fence. The jet had no passenger on board with the pilot suffering no injury.

“The accident happened around 10:00am at a tarmac beside Bristow Helicopter Hanger 3.

“The brake of the jet wasn’t functioning which led to the collision of the jet with the fence of Bristow Helicopter hanger,” an eyewitness said.

Officials of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, reportedly visited the scene of the incident to determine the explanation for the accident.
