Former “Babylon 5” star Jerry Doyle has been found dead at his home, TMZ reports. He was 60.

The actor and political talk show host was reportedly found unresponsive in his Las Vegas residence, but his official Twitter page says “the cause of death is unknown at this time.” No foul play is suspected and an autopsy is pending.

Doyle, a New York native who started out as a corporate jet pilot and stockbroker, shifted careers to pursue acting. He landed the role of Michael Garibaldi on the ’90s television series “Babylon 5” and reprised the character in several TV movies, plus appeared on “NYPD Blue” and “Beverly Hills, 90210.”

He was married to “Babylon 5” co-star Andrea Thompson, who played Talia Winters, from 1995 to 1997.

In later years, he was best known for hosting “The Jerry Doyle Show” on the Talk Radio Network. According to the Daily Mail, he also pursued politics, running for California’s 24th Congressional district as a Libertarian in 2000.

“He was funny, and dangerous, and loyal, and a prankster, and a pain in the ass; he was gentle and cynical and hardened and insightful and sometimes as dense as a picket fence… and his passing is a profound loss to everyone who knew him, especially those of us who fought beside him in the trenches of Babylon 5,” series creator J. Michael Straczynski said in a statement.
